Last week I celebrated another birthday, which I'm really only mentioning here because of the super cute birthday cake my mom and sister made me. It had Mokey on it! And, rather accurately, she was sitting in her water bowl. :) Also featured were her stuffed kong, a chew bone, and her most recent & favorite discovery - the water hose! The cake was SO cute! I loved it. Obviously.
Mokey also enjoyed the roses my dad gave me. When he brought them in, she immediately wanted to smell them and even after we let her have a sniff, she wanted another and another. . . Mokey would even peer over the counter top to stare at them. Who knew a leo could also enjoy a pretty bouquet?
At doggy class on Saturday Mokey practiced looking at a still dog and keeping her cool. She did really well! She didn't freak out once! Of course, she was rewarded every time she looked at the other dog and then back to me - heavily rewarded - and of course the dog wasn't moving. But still, it's improvement. I'll take it. This weekend at class the dog will be moving so we may have a harder time at it - but I'm hopeful.

What girl doesn't like roses?! She has made great progress! She may yet be able to compete in a ring! :)
